Van Dorn Pools & Spas wants every visitor to be able to browse our hot tubs, swim spas and pools, request pricing, and reach our showrooms, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our commitment
We work to make this website accessible to people with disabilities and aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve the site as we update it.
What we are doing
- Using clear headings and page structure so content can be navigated with a keyboard or screen reader
- Adding text descriptions (alt text) to meaningful images
- Keeping text readable with sufficient colour contrast and scalable font sizes
- Designing pages to work on phones, tablets and desktop computers
- Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility as they are added

Some content, such as third-party tools, embedded videos, manufacturer documents (PDFs) and content provided by our brand partners, may not yet be fully accessible. We are working with our partners to improve these where we can.
